Jackie Oliver drove the UOP-sponsored Shadow DN4 for Phoenix Racing Organizations in the 1974 Can-Am season. Oliver took the championship, collecting wins at Mosport, Road Atlanta, Watkins Glen, and Mid-Ohio.
