Up for your consideration is a child's winter hat. There isn't a tag inside so I'm not sure what the size is. When measuring the side that shows the paws it's 7 1/2". Measuring the scarf it's 11 3/4" from the edge of the hat (paw edge) to the pom pom. This measurement doesn't include the pom pom.
