This is a special Omamori (Japanese lucky charm) bracelet blessed and obtained at Seimei Shrine in Kyoto, Japan.

Seimei Shrine is dedicated to Abe no Seimei, a legendary Japanese onmyoji (court diviner and spiritual master). During his lifetime, he was deeply trusted by emperors, nobles, and common people alike for his spiritual power to dispel misfortune and solve difficult problems. That faith continues today through the shrine.

In Japanese belief, misfortune and negative energy can affect anyone. By offering prayers sincerely before this sacred talisman, it is believed that life’s tangled problems may gradually be resolved and positive energy restored.
