• Routing changes or operational issues may require substitution with an equivalent service while maintaining tracking and delivery standards.
• Items containing lithium batteries are subject to air transport regulations, which may affect the shipping method and delivery time.

• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid duties, reshipping costs or actual expenses may be deducted from refunds.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for initial defects only. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• For cross-border returns other than initial defects, international return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

• Taxes and duties paid to authorities or collected by eBay may not be refundable by the seller.
