I inherited many Department 56 pieces from my Grandfather. The majority of which he cataloged and stored new in the box im told. This one does have some very minor edge wear or a slight crease on the box edge as shown in the picture. Other than that it seems to be in great condition unused still with in the plastic.  That's why I listed it in New Other condition.
