SHIPPING

1)  All orders will be shipped within 1 business day.Delivery Time is about 3-10 business daysdepending on different regions .

2)For European country buyers, the goods will be shipped from the German warehouse according to your location. Our warehouse can only ship to EU countries, but not to island areas, such as: Cyprus, Malta, Spain Canary Islands.

Other international country buyers, depending on your location, items will be sent from the US, and China. 

3)Each country has a different customs rate; taxes are not included in your shipping fee, and you may have to pay additional customs duties. 
4)Customers in the UK, please write to me your mailbox for customs clearance and to receive logistics information. 
Free shipping excludes Cyprus, Malta will add £30 to shipping. We will email you a separate PayPal invoice containing the £30 

5)We ship the package to your shipping address in eBay instead of the one in PayPal. Please tell us your shipping address if it is different from the one in eBay.

RETURNS
A  return is considered a brand new item that you ended up not needing or perhaps you purchased incorrectly for your specific vehicle.

Please remember to email us which warehouse to send the parcel back to before return. And all returns must be shipped back in their original factory packaging including the accessory part or it will affect the refund processing.
