Condition:  Binding is sound but weathered.  Staining, splitting along edges of spine and board tips rubbed through as pictured above. Former owner's faint name in pencil with date of January 1st, 1879 on front free endpaper.  Tiny tears to first few pages and to several pages within text. A longer tear in outer margin of title page.  Text is tight with light age-toning and scattered foxing. 5"  x  8" with 324 pages.
