Vintage Large Solid Berlebach Mulda Wooden Photography Studio Tripod with Camera Head:

A real classic, made by Berlebach Mulda in the 1980s. This German icon is well known in the photography and astro scene. This is the large version for bigger cameras or bigger longer lenses (telelens). It's a very sturdy Tripod.

You can adjust the tripod and head in many different directions. There are scales on the legs to let you know the extension. 
It's got a geared centre column and it has a central ball for leveling.
The ballhead leveling knob has been replaced. The knob for adjusting/rotating the plateau is damaged (but works just fine, please check photos).

History:
Berlebach is a leading company for wood Tripods and is exporting to more than 40 nations. In October 1898, the foundation of the company Berlebach was laid in Mulda, Saxony, near Dresden Germany, the city of art and it’s famous university, by the businessman Peter Otto Berlebach.
