This is a very rare Cocteau Twins item.  A UK promotional only box set, featuring:

10-track CD of Four Calendar Café

6 pages of  press release information: biography, track listing, band photo etc. 

All are contained within a custom 20cm (8") x 18cm (7") gatefold picture box. 

The box, now 30 years old, is in relatively good condition.  There are signs of wear, as would be expected of a cardboard item of this age.  The CD does not sit well in the space provided - due to poor design.  It can be forced into place but I would not advise that as it could tear the cardboard.
