Alphacool is the only manufacturer in the world to be uncompromising in its choice of materials, using only copper for all water-carrying parts in the radiator. The pre-chambers, cooling fins, and cooling channels are made of pure copper. Only the connection threads (made of brass) and the outer casing of the radiator (made of sheet steel) are made of other materials. The HPE radiators are based on the NexXxoS series. But what's new? The HPE variant features additional cooling channels and a very high fin density. Due to the technical design, the cooling performance is significantly increased without restricting the water flow within the radiator. Equipping the radiator with fans on both sides in push/pull operation has been proven to significantly reduce the water temperature compared to standard radiators. Thanks to thicker cooling channels and reinforced weld seams, they are designed for an operating pressure of up to 5 bar and offer maximum reliability in demanding industrial applications.
