Stretch Your Lower Back 30 Minutes a Day:
1. Lie flat on a bed.
2. Locate the lumbar pillow around the middle of your lower back. Gently reposition on the pillow, up or down along your spine to locate the most comfortable position for your back.
3. Bent your knees, put your hand straight up your head.
4. Once comfortable, allow your lower back to settle further into the support. Taking slow deep breaths helps to relax.
7. Take notice of how the support is reinforcing your posture. You may observe at this point that you are releasing tension.
8. You may notice your lower back muscles relax further and your posture become more aligned.
9. Like any new exercise, start off slowly, Use 10 minutes then reassess whether or not you can use it for an additional 5 minutes. Progress gradually as you are comfortable.
Comfortable Sleeping All Night:
1. Take out the adjustable pad out from the pillow for comfortable sleeping all night, helps maintain a good posture when sleeping.
2. You can sleep with this pillow for side sleeping or back sleeping all night.
