All our parts come from used vehicles and are fully tested before removal. We do have a few dozen new boxed / 'new old stock' products which have never been fitted and the pictures/descriptions should make this clear, even if they are sold as 'used'.

Parts might have signs of normal wear like scruffs, rust marks and scratches.

Here at Qikbit we know how frustrating it is to order the wrong part, so please carefully examine all pictures, including any part numbers shown in pictures or title to ensure you order the correct part first time.

PARTS SHOWN IN PICTURE IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE, unless description states differently. Pop me a message if you think we've made a mistake in the listing.

WE NEVER GUARANTEE COMPATIBILITY! The data displayed by eBay is automatically generated and may not always be correct. 

The best way to ensure fitment is by physically comparing the pictured part and part numbers to that on your vehicle. 

There are so many variants that main dealers are the only ones who can tell you 100% without visually checking. 

We guarantee to send you the pictured item. Any vehicle brands or model numbers shown are purely for guidance and you should check yourself.

Some electronic parts such as Radios, ECUs etc may need to be CODED by Auto Electric specialist.

All of the BODYWORK parts are sold for RE-SPRAY. We do not guarantee colour matching on any parts, unless colour code provided. Even then, UV damage can mean that there are subtle differences.

All of our items come with a 30 DAY WARRANTY

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS UNLESS THE ITEM IS UNDELIVERED, DAMAGED OR FAULTY AND WE WILL REQUIRE PROOF.

POSTAGE is normally via: 

80% of orders

Royal Mail 2nd class / 48 for items which are:

|under 2kg and 45cm long

|under 10kg and 60cm long (also some smaller cylindrical items up to 90cm long)

10% of orders

Parcelforce 48 for items which are:

|Between 10 and 30kg, or over 5kg and too large for Royal Mail

10% of orders

Evri for occasional low value bulky items such as:

|under 1kg, over 45cm

|under 5kg, over 60cm

Items over 30kg, doors, bonnets, bumpers, bodywork, engines, gearboxes:

|most items over 30kg will be delivered via PALLEX on a 80x120cm pallet. They can deliver to any UK address. This is included in the cost. 

They will bring a tail lift and pallet truck. They may struggle with gravel or uneven ground so please consider how you will move the pallet into your property if access isn't great. 

|Pallet delivery can take up to 7 working days from purchase.

If the item was damaged during shipment - you MUST give us PROOF that the carrier is at fault in order for us to file a claim. 

Snap a picture or 2 of the external packaging, the shipping label, as well as any damage to the item.

If you have any other issues with your order, please just pop us a message and we'll do our best to put it right.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship pretty much everything pretty much everywhere via eBay's Global Shipping Programme, with a few exceptions.

If the item is available to you, eBay will display a 'price including taxes' on the listing page. If it's not, you can message and ask but it's probably not.

As the seller, all I do is ship your item to eBay's UK warehouse, and they take care of the rest.

Sometimes eBay get it wrong - they may offer you shipping on an item that cannot be sent to your country because of restrictions on the type of item, or they may offer you shipping for an item that exceeds their maximum dimensions.

In either event you would be entitled to a full refund from eBay without any cost to me, so no worries, however as a guide, they will only export items which are:

under 30kg (60lb)

under 120cm long (4ft)

under 125000cm3 (cmL x cmW x cmD)

Liquids, liquefiable substances, and powders

Batteries (with exception of those that come included with consumer electronics such as AA, C, Li-ion batteries)

Radiological devices

Dangerous goods

Any type of air, gas or liquid in a compressed container

This is not an exhaustive list but items should be automatically excluded if not available.

This excludes items such as gearboxes, engines, seats, and some larger subframes (just ask or order if unsure, I'll cancel if not possible)

For items which cannot be handled by eBay, I DO NOT OFFER AN EXPORT SERVICE.

I can send any item to any UK address, so your best bet is to find a freight/shipping agent in the UK who specialises in moving goods to your country. 

Just put their address and any reference numbers on your order.

We're not responsible for any customs fees that may occur within your country.
