Nearly perfect condition and bound for easy reading! This is one of very few remaining copies of the final version of the screenplay for "Mermaids" (1990), which starred Cher, Winona Ryder, and Christina Ricci in one of her first roles. This version includes one page of crew notes as shown. It also includes several blue pages of the last round of revisions. All pages are intact with no tears. There are a few barely noticeable smudges on the back as shown, likely due to age.
