Attention
1. Heat Source Safety
Keep the appliance and its power cord away from hot surfaces, heated ovens or stove burners.

3. Power Safety
Unplug the appliance from any electrical outlet when it is not used and before cleaning is conducted. Allow the appliance to cool down before assembling and disassembling any cleanable parts.
4. Water Level Safety
Do not attempt to operate (heat) the appliance without sufficient water in the bath (recommend water volume 5~40 liter). Periodically check the water reservoir to ensure that the liquid depth is within acceptable levels. Always stop the circulator before refilling the water bath.
5. Overfill Prevention
Take care not to overfill the water bath, and allow the sufficient space to accommodate the food pouches added to the water bath. Top off water in the bath to no more than the MAX level mark after adding pouches.
6. Hot Surface Safety
Take care when removing the appliance when it is hot, as the hot water will collect on the inside of the appliance during cooking.

Operation Method
1Choose Container
Choose a container which is large enough to hold your food and has a sufficient space for the water to circulate.
2Attach Circulator
Attach the Circulator to the side of the container by using the fixing clip.
Note:
(1) Add water to the container above the MIN water line marked on the circulator, but below the MAX water line.
(2) Remember that adding food to the container will displace the water and increase the water level.
3Power On
Turn on the Circulator by pressing and holding the On/Off button for 2 seconds. The appliance display will illuminate, meaning the circulator is ready for use.
4Set Temperature
Set the Temperature by pressing the TEMP button.
5Set Time
Set the Time by pressing the TIME button.
6Start/Stop
Start/stop the Circulator by pressing the Start/Stop button. The circulator will begin to circulate the water in the container, and the in use symbol will be shown on the display.
7Cooking Process
When the water is heated to the set temperature, the timer start to count down. When the timer set is reached and the user does not stop the unit, it will continue to work for one more hour and then stop automatically. A quiet clicking may be heard during this time as the heater is turned on and off to maintain the desired temperature. This is normal.
8Post-Cooking
After cooking is complete, turn off the machine and unplug it before removing from the container. Allow the machine to cool down before cleaning.
9Cleaning
Clean the machine according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring all parts are dry before storage or next use.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.
Items returned under the buyer remorse: The return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be charged.

Defective & Damaged Products
If product was received damaged or not as described, please send us some pictures or videos, so we could well understand your problem, then solve them for you ASAP. Besides, it's much helpful for us to claim with UPS, remind our related department to pay much more attention to packaging later on. Hope for your understanding.
Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number as above.
eCheck Issues:
Payments via eCheck do not clear immediately. Usually you will wait 5-7 days after checkout for it to clear. Then we will arrange shipments for you.
