Combined postage
- We are happy to offer combined postage when you purchase multiple items.
- Postage is based on total weight and parcel/letter size after we pack all items together safely.
- For any order with 2 or more PNCs or coin bags, if you selected Untracked Letter, we will upgrade to Tracked Letter or parcel for safer delivery, based on the weight and postage fee paid for the items.
- At checkout, the postage shown will be charged at the highest applicable postage level among the items.
- After we calculate the final combined postage, any excess postage paid will be refunded (domestic and international).
- If you would like an exact combined postage quote before paying, feel free to message us with the item numbers.

Condition
- All items are uncirculated and brand new (unused), unless stated otherwise in the listing.
- Condition is as shown in the photos and/or item specifics.
- Please note: minor marks can exist even in original Mint packaging due to minting/packing/storage (e.g., light contact marks, tiny edge nicks, small spots, card scuffs).
- "Uncirculated" means the coin has not been used in circulation, not that it is flawless.
- "Brand new" means unused and supplied as issued (where applicable, in original packaging). It does not guarantee a perfect, blemish-free item.

Dispatch and tracking updates
- Dispatch within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Domestic: tracking is usually uploaded once the parcel is packed. Tracking activity will update after the carrier scan.
- International: the order may be marked as sent once packed. Tracking is uploaded after the parcel is lodged at the post office, then updates after carrier scan.

Returns and issues
- No change-of-mind returns.
- If the item arrives damaged or there is a genuine "not as described" issue, please contact us with clear photos and we will work with you to resolve it.

- All items are genuine/authentic. Original Mint packaging applies where stated.
- Packed securely with protective materials to minimize movement during transit.
- Import duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.
