Box and bag is not prefect condition sometimes. since I am only a reseller and Not a LEGO box printer.

Sometime during shipment the box may get damage and I can’t be responsible for it.

I usually have shrink wrap, then carton paper and Bubble then a paper outside to product the box in shipment.

If you expect the box condition is same as u buy from the LEGO store, this may not be your choice. Do not buy from me.

If you open the original tape of the box , I do not prefer to get claim or return at all.  I will take picture of the box condition also

the tape being seal by Lego Originally. if there is any problem Let me know Before I ship.

In case u need to return for any issue,  pls ship back to you at ur own cost and ur shipping cost will not be reimburse.

I usually send picture of the seals for you to show this is a new box and then I pack with Bubble wrap. and Cardboard plus a paper wrap outside, if u need box to hold pls let me know I will quote u addition cost for it.

and If Royal Mail has problem or taking longer time then usuall, Let find out from Royal Mail, I usually provide Tracking nbr once I post it.

I do not do Fake Posting.

If you open an unsealed box, find out inside has the problem is LEGO ,pls talk to Lego for problem. They Replace Brick for Free.
