YOUR ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 1-5 WORKİNG DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT (MONDAY- FRIDAY) AND YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT ONE OR TWO DAYS AFTER DISPATCH. WE USUALLY GET THIS DONE ON A MUCH FASTER SCALE.

IF DELIVERY IS MADE TO A FLAT ABOVE THE GROUND FLOOR, THEN A CHARGE OF £20 IS PAYABLE TO THE COURIER IN CASH. OUR SOFAS COME IN EASY TO ASSEMBLE PARTS,HOWEVER IF YOU REQUIRE THE DRIVER TO ASSEMBLE THERE IS A £20 CHARGE PAYABLE TO THEM.

On the day of delivery: Please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared.

All items must be checked during delivery with the courier present. If any issues then it must be reported to the courier immediately. Once the item has been delivered, the delivery team will ask you to sign the relevant documentation required.
