SHIPPING

We will ship by DHL EXPRESS, Estimate arrive to United States is 4 - 7 days, Asia 2-4 days & Europe 5-10 days delivery.

Please include phone number and email address for DHL info. Customers must be contactable as they require a signature at the time of delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that these items are not banned in your country

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR CUSTOMERS (IMPORTER)

CUSTOMERS FROM UNITED STATES

All customer from USA required Import permit, customer can apply via online and just need 1 hour from process until approved (we can guide how to apply, please message us)

For customers who don't have Import Permit, We provide broker service in USA, so they can handle all in your custom clearance and inspection needed, customer just waiting your package arrived in your home, (there is additional cost for this service)

CUSTOMERS FROM EUROPE

All customer from Europe not needed permit or another documents, customer just pay import tax to your country

CUSTOMERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES

This is list of country required Import Permit

Malaysia, Vietnam, Philipines, Taiwan, Canada, South Africa, Panama, Chile

Customer from country except in above list not required import permit

PROCESS EXPORT TO USA 

We send your package to USDA Plant Inspection Station via DHL Express, after incpection finished, Inpection Station will contact customer, they have 2 choices, package will pick up by customer or package will forward to customers address via UPS courier ( customer must pay UPS cost, we will help for booking UPS label)

PROCESS EXPORT TO ASIA, EUROPE, AFRICA AND CANADA

We will send your package direct to your address with phytosanitary certificate via DHL Express, customer just pay import duty, dhl will contact customers how much duty and how yo pay.

WARRANTY REGULATIONS:

We guarantee the quality of our plants from the time the package is shipped until you open it (travel guarantee). If a plant fails within 2 days of receipt, it is not our responsibility. We offer a full 1X replacement or a 50% refund provided you send a photo of the plant on the day of package arrival or no later than 3 days. We will replace plants damaged during transit, except in cases where there are issues with tax payment (taxes are the buyer's responsibility). If a package arrives late, customers have 2 days from receipt to report any issues. The warranty is valid from the shipping date until 2 days thereafter.
