Please note:
1.Because this camera has no card slot, it cannot be equipped with an SD card (No support SD card).
If you want to save the recordings, there are two ways to do it:
Method 1: Subscribe to the cloud storage service for this camera
Method 2: Add this camera to the Hiseeu NVR system
(if the NVR has a hard drive, the recording of this camera will be stored on the hard drive)
 
2.If your NVR system was purchased several years ago, its version might be relatively low,
which causes the cameras to be unable to be directly added to the NVR.
If you wish to purchase this 8MP camera to add to your existing NVR system,
please provide the NVR version information before making the purchase.

The following are the operation steps for viewing the version information of the NVR:

Old UI：Right click the mouse to find the menu interface of NVR> system Admin >system version (provide this page screenshot )
New UI：Right click the mouse to find the menu interface of NVR> system setup >general setup (provide this page screenshot )

 

3.The app used for the camera is: "EseeCloud" APP / "Hisee Cloud" APP (They are the same and interrelated.)

 

4.Wireless means there is no wire or cord between the camera and NVR recorder, but both the cameras and NVR recorder need power adapter. The package contains the power adapter for the camera.

please right click your mouse> Wireless add > at the same time press the reset button on the camera for 6s, wait for IP address 172.20.14.** show up, then you can exit to see camera image.
