You must switch the nintendo account's region to Japan to redeem the JPY card.

Upon purchase, code is sent after phone + email / address  is verified.

Phone: you will receive a SMS containing 2-digit verification code
Email: you will receive an email containing another 2-digit verification code
Address: you will receive a letter containing another 2-digit verification code

You need to tell me the verification code, and I will send you the product code via eBay message.
