This 2-Way Y-Splitter Adapter Propane Hose is meant for equipment with a maximum flow rate of 50,000 BTUs. If your unit exceeds this, only one side can be used at a time, or the other may not function properly. Each side of the propane tank splitter has a shut-off valve for independent gas flow control (refer to Figure 2 for instructions on using the valves).
