Our sizes are not UK, USA or EUROPEAN based sizes, so it is important to selected your products according to our mentioned size chart and not what you usually wear domestically. We are always here to help so if you have a question, please let us know and we will help you in selecting the best fit.
Selecting the right size is immensely important because replacement shipping charges vary from 30 $ to 40$ depending upon the shipping destination in the world.
If the size you have selected doesn't fit you well, there will be replacement charges of 50$-60$ for other destinations of the world, so selecting the size wisely is very very important.

Refund due to sizing issue will be issued after deducting shipping charges even if the shipping is set FREE due to a promotion or else.

Shipping Policy:
delivery cycle takes 3-7 working days unless there is an exception.
Usually the delivery time for UK shipments is 3-5 working days while international delivery may take 7-14 working days depending upon the destination to EU or USA.
Refund/Return Policy:
We have 30 days returns and refund policy. Items must be sent back in unused condition with all tags attached.
Unfortunately we cannot replace or accept return of used items replacement shipping charges are to be paid by buyer unless we have sent a faulty or significantly not as described items. Refunds due to wrong size selection, did not like the item, change my mind etc., will be issued after deducting shipping amount even if the original shipping is FREE due to any promotion because the shipping is apparently paid by us. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
