New item but the box was dirty from storage so I removed it from the original box. Still in plastic wrap, new and never used. The box in the picture is the stock picture if the item, that has all the details of what it is. However, chose to through away the outside box if this one as it was dirty from being stored. That is why I am selling cheaper than most others. Item is brand new, just not in original box.
