This Choshu tsuba features intricately carved auspicious plant motifs.

"Saikano Masatomo" (Saikano Masatomo) refers to enduring the harsh winter, and this auspicious motif symbolizes high aspirations, integrity, and integrity even in adversity.

While it is also used for celebrations, its original meaning is more strongly related to "a friend who shows his true worth in harsh environments."
