Gear Oil Filling Method

There is a screw on the gearbox, unscrew the screw to add gear oil. Gear oil is not filled before each machine leaves the factory, so please fill gear oil when using for the first time. After that, add according to personal use, and check every ten hours.

Notes

1. The two-stroke outboard must use a mixture of No. 92 gasoline and two-stroke engine oil.

2. The volume ratio of gasoline and oil during the running-in period of the new machine is 25:1.

3. After the running-in period, the volume ratio of gasoline and oil is 50:1.

4. Special attention: gasoline and engine oil must be pre-mixed and stirred evenly, and then poured into the fuel tank.

5. The outboard motor must be started in water, do not start the engine on shore.

6. Loosen the vent screw on the fuel tank cover counterclockwise when starting.

7. When the outboard motor is started, the emergency flameout rope should be inserted, and the other end should be placed on the wrist or belt.

8. The running-in period is about 10 hours or a month, and during the running-in period, do not drive with a high accelerator.

9. Replace the gear oil after the running-in period, and the second replacement time is after 100 hours or about six months.

• Two-stroke air-cooled engines must use TCW-2 engine oil, which must be specifically designed for outboard engines.
• Fuel mixture ratio: 25:1 for the first 50 hours, 50:1 after 50 hours.
• Two-stroke outboard engines must use a mixture of 92# gasoline and two-stroke engine oil.
• During the break-in period, the volume ratio of gasoline to oil is 25:1.
• After the break-in period, the volume ratio of gasoline to oil is 50:1.
• Important note: Gasoline and oil must be pre-mixed and thoroughly stirred before being poured into the fuel tank.
• The outboard motor must be started in water, please do not start the engine on land.
• When starting the engine, loosen the vent screw on the fuel tank cap counterclockwise.
• When starting the outboard motor, insert the emergency stop rope and secure the other end to your wrist or belt.
• The break-in period lasts approximately 10 hours or one month. Please avoid operating the engine at high throttle during the break-in period.
• After the break-in period, replace the gear oil. The second replacement should be performed after approximately 100 hours or six months.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement. Please make sure you do not mind before you order.
