These boots appear to be made of genuine leather.  They are white with red tassels in front indicating they come from a majorette doll.  They open on the sides and have two holes to use for buttons to hold on the boots but the buttons apparently came off and no longer exist.  Instead there are pins with red glass pinheads used to close the boots.  They need to have buttons attached so the boots can close properly.  They have heels 1/4 inch high and the boots will fit a 2-1/4 foot.  They extend up from the heel 1-1/2 inches and are higher on the sides.  Remember if the doll is to wear stockings or socks to increase the size of the doll's foot appropriately to give room for a fit.
