Following in the footsteps of the original Ocean Arrow Kaiya™, this incredibly sensitive ultra-high-tensile carbon blank is infused with nano resins, creating a rod with the finesse of an ultra-high-performance carbon without having to worry about the nicks and bumps of day-to-day fishing with traditional carbon.
Designed for small & medium spinning reels, perfectly matching size 4000 - 6000 size reels its well balanced with Shimano Stella, Stradic and twin power in 4000 and 5000 size Hamachi Agera in 5000 to name a few.
If you're into slow-pitch jigging working inshore shore reefs chasing the snapper of a lifetime, or the deep ledges offshore chasing yellow kings or dogtooth tuna, then the Hamachi Ocean Arrow Kaiya™ rods have you covered; it is a slow-pitch jig rod crafted in a PE1-3 40-130g and a PE2-4 80-250g
The Ocean Arrow or Kai (Ocean) ya (Arrow), whilst designed for slow pitch jigging, is more than at home as a general boat and bottom fishing rod.
The Hamachi team trialled the range on everything, from the dogtooth of Indonesia to the yellowtail kings and snapper of New Zealand and the Cubera of Mexico.
The PE 1-3 is right at home with a 20lb braid and 40 - 130g slow-pitch jig
The PE 2-4 is an incredible 30lb braid set-up and 80 - 250g slow pitch jig
