All bisque is a sweet 5 1/2" stiff-necked antique reproduction /replica artist doll with jointed arms and legs that is incised on the back of her head "83//125//10 1/2."  She may be a reproduction of an Alt, Beck & Gottschalk (ABG) all bisque doll. Her talented artist remains a mystery.  She is a very pretty doll with brown feathered brows, set blue glass eyes, delicately painted upper and lower black lashes, rosy cheeks, a well-defined nosed, painted red nostrils, and a red open mouth with barely perceptible upper molded teeth.  All bisque wears a lovely blonde mohair wig embellished with a blue bow that will need restyling and a more secure attachment to its pate (glue residue).  All bisque's well modeled chubby body is detailed with painted pale pink ribbed stockings and black Mary Jane shoes.  She wears a simply styled blue calico sleeveless dress trimmed with ribbons and eyelet.  Previously owned by an adult collector, all bisque remains in over all sturdy condition, though the joint openings of both her body and limbs sustain roughness and chipping that may or may not be original.  Her stringing may need tightening.  All bisque is an appealing reproduction doll that faithfully replicates an early German all bisque.  I will stuff her head with tissue when shipping to prevent damage.
