Boomtown Rats - Japan 1980 tour book and ticket stub!

CONDITION: 

The book has some wear, creases and a couple of cover dents and scuffs but inner pages are in nice shape for an original item of this era. 

The ticket stub is used and has a staple hole towards the left edge.
