*Easy Inflation - Helium or Air
These latex or foil balloons will all arrive flat-packed and will float when filled using helium but can also be filled with air. The only exception to this is the Hot Pink 13pc 'Happy Birthday' banner, which should only be inflated with air and hung via the ribbon included. We also recommend using 'Hi-Float' with all helium latex balloons as it extends the flight time considerably.
