RETURN POLICY

Items marked AS-IS are not eligible for return .For returns, we accept returns for up to 7 days upon delivery.  .  Please do not just send an item back because we do assign return ID’s.  Refunds will be issued upon the delivery of the item back to us.

If item is returned in nonsalable condition (worn, washed, and without hangtags attached), a 50% restocking fee is taken off of your refund.

CANCELLING A TRANSACTION

If you no longer want an item please immediately send us a transaction cancellation or contact us to send you one.  This will avoid us opening an unpaid item case.

 

SHIPPING/HANDLING TIME POLICY

Please pay attention to the handling time listed for the items.  Usually we will offer 1 business day handling time, however, sometimes we will extend that.  Also, the handling time is for business days (Monday-Friday).  For instance, if you purchase an item on Friday, it will not be handled until Monday and will be dropped off Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.  During the other days of the week, we will get the items out by handling them the day after purchase.
