Here is a HEAVY (25 1/2 pounds) sculpture in the family for

many years. Industrial art, intentional marks of wear/rust.

No markings/age and artist unknown - but truly a fabulous piece. 

33 solid metal 'waves' or 'wings' fan out from a 4" felted base to form 

an organic blossom-like form. Metal is glossy, not matte. All the wavy edges 

are irregular tipped in a bronze-gold metallic from top to base. Center of piece 

is a hollow cylinder which can be filled with dried plants, grasses, flowers. 

Cylinder 'vase' measures 8" high x 3 1/4" diameter.

Or leave unadorned for a striking Brutalist sculpture.

Large - can be placed on a table, a sturdy shelf, or the floor.

Great near a fireplace hearth or as an umbrella stand.

*Note that the wings are not perfectly spaced. One has a very slight 'bend'

to it (see last photo.) Sculpture "As Is" for the discriminating collector.
