Incoming vehicles are mechanically and cosmetically sorted, with most vehicles undergoing an all-encompassing wheels-off detail, which includes extensive paint correction and interior detailing. We believe it's our duty to sort out and present vehicles in their best light to avoid surprises or miscommunication. We intend to convey not only the good with each vehicle but also the flaws. We believe customers should be informed of the vehicle's exact condition before purchase, including pointing out the flaws that most dealers would hide. Our goal is to make viewing a car in person unnecessary by providing the customer with as much information as possible to make an informed decision sight-unseen.
