Product IntroductionMK studio is known for its extreme attention to detail. Yet such meticulousness is not achieved by 3D modeling. His pieces are 100% hand sculpted. You cannot stay unimpressed when the most minor scales and skin folds are presented in the clearest light. This Sinraptor piece is no exception. Having a painted version of this piece in my collection, as well as many other works by MK studio, I can attest that his productions are among the most artistic and realistic dinosaur reconstructions available.
Another thing I like about this piece is the posing. This piece was released on Valentine's Day as part of a dual alongside the male Sinraptor. But it stands out by its own right; the streamlined pose showcases the animal sprinting like a shooting arrow, with the mouth slightly open as if gasping for air. The scene presents an expressive but not intimidating atmosphere. Given how many pieces that have attempted to feature dinosaurs in their most cruel and bloodthirsty light, this piece is an interesting refreshment that allows us to glimpse into the day-to-day moments of this prehistoric creature, such as running along a sandy beach with their partner, or just doing this themselves for the sake of fun.
