I'm not an expert but the name's on here or some who invented barbed wire they're also different types of barbed wire dates from the 1800s for example J Glidden November 1874 c Rogers January 1888 I'm not sure where it came from it's super unique probably super old and probably super valuable Each name on the plaque are the creators of the different types of barbed wire!!!
