This lovely textile is an antique, French daybed cover but it's ideal for repurposing into curtains, pillows, light upholstery etc! ~*~ This fabric was printed c 1870 and there are 2 side ruffles the bottom edge too has a valance that would have droped down over the bed. There is a piping on the edge too~ this is perfect for using for upholstery projects or multiple projects! The design is STUNNING ~ c1870 at it's best! Very high quality hand block printed with roller printed outlines. This is a linen and cotton blend, the colors are wonderful! The ground tone is off-white , with black, orange and the red is a faded tone of raspberry red ~ Super sturdy and ideal for so many sewing projects! ~*~  


MEASUREMENTS :  76 inches wide total by about 108 inches long ~ ( including the side ruffles ) 


Condition:  This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There are some pale and gradual marks on the top left side, it's very gently unevenly faded. This textile is not perfect but it's perfectly wonderful condition indeed , with  light signs of time and use often inherent in these fabulous antique fabrics! ~*~
