Kenneth Purvis MacKenzie is a Canadian former relief pitcher in Major League Baseball. He played with the Milwaukee Braves, New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, San Francisco Giants and Houston Astros. A member of Yale's Class of 1956, MacKenzie lettered in men's hockey and baseball at Yale College.
