This kit fits Audi EA837 Superchargers. Including:

- Audi C7.5 A6 CREC 3.0t

- Audi C7 A6/A7 3.0T

- Audi B8/8.5 S4 /S5 / SQ5 3.0T

- Audi Q5/Q7 3.0T

Our throttle body adapter mounts in the OEM throttle body location. Removing the need to purchase a proprietary intake system. Any 3.5” , or 4” system you already have installed will be a direct fit with the use of this adapter. ( NOTE: Full silicone intakes and IE Intake will require modification due to coupler design )

Fits both 84MM and 80mm Throttle bodies.

This adapter is designed to be paired to a stock supercharger. It offers an opening of 85mm for the throttle body side and tapers down to 70mm to match your stock supercharger diameter. ( Ported Versions are available as-well )

Adapter has been extensively tested under hot and cold conditions without yielding.

Features:

Made from a strong and stable glass fiber reinforced material that is annealed for 12 hours, for improved strength and thermal stability. This material has a heat deflection temperature of up to 265 °C at 0.45 MPa, far exceeding the temperatures typically seen in this application.

A proprietary gasket system. The upper gasket provides a flat mounting surface for the throttle body and has bosses that press nicely into OEM mounting points. These inserts completely cover the bolt heads, creating a smoother airflow path into the throttle body while also reducing turbulence. The bottom features a groove to accept the supplied o-ring.

Brass flanged inserts meant to handle the force required to safely secure the throttle body into the adapter without the use of nuts/bolts.

85mm throttle body adapter providing better throttle response and airflow when paired with a 84mm or 80mm throttle body.

44% larger opening than the stock throttle body for maximum performance

Compatible with any upgraded TB ECU software you may have such as Jackal, APR, 034, IE, or 034

Stock-location mounting means compatibility with your existing intake. No intake purchase is necessary to run our TB kit (silicone intakes are not compatible)
