Lemon Swiss Crème Antacid: Relief for Hyperacidity and Gas

This lemon Swiss crème flavored antacid provides symptomatic relief from hyperacidity and gas.

Indications:

Hyperacidity associated with peptic ulcer, gastritis, peptic esophagitis, gastric hyperacidity, heartburn, or hiatal hernia.

Anti-flatulent for gas relief, including postoperative gas pain.

Directions for Use:

2-4 teaspoons four times a day, taken 20 minutes to 1 hour after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a physician.

Ingredients:

Magnesium Hydroxide 200mg

Aluminum Oxide 225mg

Simethicone 25mg

Preservatives: Methylparahydroxybenzoate 0.17% w/v and Propylparahydroxybenzoate 0.03% w/v.

Contraindications:

No known contraindications. If you have concerns about suitability, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Warnings:

Do not exceed 16 teaspoons in 24 hours.

Do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks.

Do not use if you have kidney disease, except under physician supervision.

Drug Interaction Precautions:

Do not use if you are taking a prescription antibiotic containing tetracycline.

Keep out of reach of children.

Contains approximately 0.06 mEq sodium per teaspoon. Consider this if you are on a controlled sodium diet.
