Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only for functional defects reported immediately upon discovery. To begin a return, please contact us with images of the product and details of the defect.

Returns for reasons such as incompatibility or buyer’s remorse are not accepted. In cases of misunderstanding or buyer error, a restocking fee may apply.

• Refunds are processed promptly upon confirmation of the defect. If no defect is found, only the item price will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.
• Return shipping costs are not covered for international orders.
• Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Cosmetic Condition: Rated C4 - Used Very Good

• Light cosmetic blemishes, such as minor scratches or surface imperfections, due to normal use

Functional Condition: Rated F4 - Hardware Fully Functional

• All components are tested and confirmed to be in working order
• No missing, damaged, or defective parts
• No pre-installed software
