Nike Dunk High x Notre.  Midnight Navy Blue with Void Suede.  M6.0 / W7.5

The  Chicago menswear shop Notre, teamed up with Nike to give us this high end streetwear version of the Dunk High with an elevated, workwear-inspired twist.

The shop’s first-ever footwear collaboration with Nike is a grown-up take on one of the Swoosh’s hottest styles. The duo teamed up on this version of the Dunk High, mixing Shaggy Void suede, heavy canvas, and earthy leathers in a manner that complements the clean color palettes at play. (see photos)

There are plenty of other design-driven details, too. The kicks feature beautiful triple stitching across the shoe and a name-tag-styled patch donning Notre script on the tongue resembles something you would find on a mechanic’s coveralls. (see photos)

Also note a handshake-illustration Swoosh that nods to Notre’s signature motif. Nike actually allowed a tweak to their iconic Swoosh logo! (see photos)

Finally, a faded canvas heel tab and yellowed midsole provide the feeling of wear and tear as a result of a hard day of work. (see photos)
