Both digital and analog security cameras rely on infrared LEDs to illuminate the image when there's no sunlight or external light source. When you think the camera on board infrared light is not strong enough, our products could help to illuminate the dark and secure what you care about.
By using Tendelux's IR range, you will get additional invisible light only the camera can see, you are arming your home or business with a layer of security that will provide you peace of mind, regardless of the time.

All our IR lamps are assembled with IR pass filters which allow IR light to get through and reject other light source. They can make the light spread more even and protect the LEDs from sunlight damage.

Provides stable power for the lamp with built-in short circuit protection, up to 85% conversion efficiency. Also compatible with many other home appliances.

Once the lamp is installed properly, the built-in photocell sensor will turn it on at dusk and off at dawn. There's no need of daily maintenance.
| 1. | Make sure that your camera is sensitive to 850nm infrared light. |
| 2. | Make sure that the illumination angle matches your camera's FOV. 90° illuminator normally pairs with camera of 2.8mm, 3.6mm or 4mm lens. |
| 3. | Make sure to turn off the "IR cut filter" in your camera which will filter out external infrared light. |
| 4. | Be aware that the effective distance achieved shall vary because of different cameras and installation environments. |
| 5. | 850nm lamp is semi-covert and NOT 100% invisible, it gives red glow which is invisible when more than 5 feet away from the light. |
| 6. | For OUTDOOR applications, please make sure that the PSU is protected by a weatherproof box and the DC connection is sealed with electrical tape. |
| 7. | If you need the lamp to work in the daytime, please cover the photocell with black tape. |
| 8. | We have replaced the former 12V DC power supplies with 24V DC ones to avoid pressure drop and loss of brightness after using long extension cable. The lamp itself works on both 12V and 24V DC input. |
