Antique Irish Sterling Silver Spoon – Dublin – Queen Victoria Duty Mark – c.1900.

Genuine antique Irish sterling silver spoon, assayed in Dublin and bearing the Irish duty mark with the head of Queen Victoria.

The spoon is made of solid .925 sterling silver and has a substantial weight of 58.33 grams, confirming it is a full sterling piece rather than plated.

Hallmarks include the Irish harp, the sovereign’s head duty mark of Queen Victoria and the Dublin assay marks, consistent with late Victorian production around the turn of the 20th century.

A well-proportioned and elegant example of Irish silver flatware, suitable for collectors of Irish silver or as a quality antique serving or table spoon.

Condition is very good for its age, with light surface marks and natural patina expected from careful use over time. Please refer to photographs for full detail.
