That doesn't yet overshadow the fact that it technically features the Joker's first cover appearance🔥🔥,albeit without the white face and purple suit. The story featuring the Clown Prince of Crime that was originally intended for this issue was instead used in Batman #1, and this cover is very similar to a splash page in that book. (See Photo).
