We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. To protect both buyer and seller, the following refund terms apply:
Refunds are accepted within 14 days after the product is delivered.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in 100% original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Custom-size or customized products are NOT eligible for refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
The buyer must provide proof of purchase and photos showing the item’s condition before a refund is approved.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
A refund will be issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
We offer exchanges to ensure the customer gets the correct size or product.
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Custom-size items can be exchanged only once, and only for another size or adjustment of the same product.
Custom-size items cannot be refunded.
All exchange shipping costs (sending back + sending new item) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Exchanges are processed after the original product is received and inspected.
Custom-size products are made specifically for the buyer; therefore no refunds are offered.
They may be exchanged once within 14 days for a different custom size of the same item.
Buyer pays all shipping charges for custom-size exchanges.
All customs charges, import taxes, and duties are always paid by the buyer.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs or duties, no refund will be issued.
