Unboxing video is required as proof: To ensure traceability of the product's condition, please make sure to record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video upon receipt. The video should start with checking that the outer packaging is intact and clearly show the entire unpacking process as well as all angles and details of the product. This video is the only valid evidence for handling any after-sales issues.
Time frame for returns or exchanges due to quality issues: If the product has physical damage, functional defects, or significantly differs from the description on the page, please submit the complete unboxing video along with a description of the issue within 30 calendar days of delivery to apply for a return or exchange. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Notice for returns or exchanges due to personal reasons: If the return or exchange is requested due to personal preferences, color perception differences, or incorrect size selection not caused by description errors, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and customs clearance charges for returning the product.
【Important Reminder: Duties Are Buyer’s Responsibility】 As this is an international order, the product price and shipping fee do not include any import taxes (such as customs duties, VAT, consumption tax, etc.). According to the laws of the destination country, all customs-related taxes and fees must be fully borne by the buyer. Payment and Shipping: Orders must be paid within 5 business days. We will arrange shipment within 7 business days after receiving full payment and confirmation (based on Chinese business days; holidays will be postponed).
Shipping and Tracking: Orders are shipped from China. Within 24 hours after shipping, you can check the tracking number on the order page. The speed of tracking updates depends on the logistics provider.

Estimated times: The above times are typical references and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, holidays, or local delivery efficiency.
Recipient Responsibility: Any consequences caused by the recipient failing to pay customs duties, providing incorrect/incomplete addresses, or being unavailable to receive the package (such as returns or destruction of the parcel), costs and losses are the responsibility of the buyer.
Remote Areas: Orders shipped to South America, Africa, certain islands, and remote regions may incur high logistics costs, long and unstable delivery times. Please contact customer service to confirm shipping fees and feasibility before placing an order.
Proof First: Any return or exchange request must be accompanied by an unboxing video that meets the required standards as evidence. If there is no video, the video is incomplete, or it cannot clearly prove the claimed issue, we will be unable to process the after-sales request.
