OEM Ford 1969-1973 Mustang 4-Speed / 3-Speed Transmission Back Up Light Switch Wiring Harness Retainer, Ford part number C9ZZ-14A163-A.  Looks like the plastic side next to the trans got overheated a bit and the gold looks painted to me but obviously will still function under the car.
