Return Instructions
You will need to open a return request through eBay in order to initiate a return. Refunds are within 1-2 business days from the date we receive them. We do charge a restocking fee for any noticeably damaged, used, or missing items.
Exchanges
We understand that purchasing jewelry online can be difficult- especially since you are unable to feel or try it in person- maybe you thought the item was wider, or longer, or heavier. If you would like to exchange/upgrade for a different item or size, simply message us via eBay or open a replacement request through eBay. Exchanges are free: they are not subject to any restocking fee or return shipping fee.
30 Day Returns
The following conditions apply for a full refund:
- Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original boxes, tags, and documents.
- The Security Tag found on some of our items has to be intact.
- Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. As such, we reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
