This vintage postcard features a black and white photograph of the SNCV Hainaut Mons Area Vicinal tram, specifically the S-Type 10065, built by SNCV workshops in 1955. The tram is shown on Route 2 traveling between Mons, Frameries, Wasmes, and here in Cuesmes along Rue Vandervelde heading to Mons. The photo was taken on March 28, 1969, by Jean Schleich and is part of the MUPDOFER collection. The postcard captures a rare look at mid-20th century Belgian tram transport with its distinctive articulated design and overhead electric trolley pole.

Printed on a continental-sized (6x4 inch) paper postcard typical of the Photochrome era (1939 to present), this card is a valuable piece for collectors interested in European transit history, Belgian transportation, or vintage tram imagery. The postcard is unposted and retains its original clean back with detailed provenance and publisher information. An exceptional collectible for enthusiasts of Belgian railways and historical streetcars.
