After the temperature controller is powered on, first check if the parameter Settings are correct. If an error is detected, it will display "Er". At this point, pressing any key will restore the default parameter Settings and make it work normally. It is recommended to reset the parameters at this time.
System Code, Causes And Actions
Sensor fault alarm: When a short circuit or open circuit fault occurs in the temperature probe circuit, the temperature controller activates the probe fault alarm mode, turns off all execution states, and the digital tube displays "EE". After the fault is resolved, press any key to return to the normal working mode.
Over-temperature limit alarm: When the temperature measurement exceeds the temperature measurement range, the temperature controller activates the over-temperature limit fault alarm mode, shuts down all execution states, and the digital tube displays "HH". When the temperature returns to the normal measurement range, press any key to return to the normal working mode.
Safety Rules
Danger:
1. Strictly distinguish the sensor leads, power lines and output relay interfaces. Do not connect them incorrectly and do not overload the relay.
2. All wiring changes must be made when the power is disconnected.
Warning:
This temperature controller must not be used in water or overly humid environments. It is also prohibited to use it in high-temperature, strong electromagnetic interference or highly corrosive environments.
Note:
The supply voltage should be consistent with the voltage marked on the temperature controller and ensure the stability of the supply voltage.
